Position Overview:

The Head of Human Resources Operations is responsible for leading the people operations, talent acquisition and company culture experience for a majority hourly workforce. The Head of HR Operations will be a proactive, hands-on leader with excellent analytical abilities, Human Resources knowledge and business acumen to manage all functional HR areas with the ability to coach and mentor employees at every level.

Qualifications Required:

Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field (Master’s strongly preferred) and 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, People Operations and Talent Acquisition. Some experience in CPG (food) manufacturing or similar operational environment is preferred, as well as 8+ years supervising a large team of mostly non-exempt employees. Must have strong knowledge of HRIS systems and be able to operate with a high degree of confidentiality as well as adaptability in a highly evolving environment. Must be able to travel up to 40% of the time.
