Position Overview:

Reporting to the Brand Director, the Senior Brand Manager will oversee an assigned product line and drive brand strategy & planning, new product innovation and continued marketing program development and business management to support overall business objectives.

The Senior Brand Manager will own P&L for his or her assigned product line to map out annual growth plan and strategy.

Creating and managing multi-year brand innovation strategies, gaining buy-in from senior leadership and managing numerous complex product innovation projects from concept through launch are critical functions of this role.

Further, the Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and carrying out marketing program plans including pricing strategies, field/sales programs, and leading cross-functional team projects to meet objectives and timelines.

Finally, the Senior Brand Manager will perform market research and data analyses to find insights and opportunities to support ongoing brand business management and optimization.

 

Qualifications Required:

Qualified candidates must hold a BA or BS (MBA preferred) in Marketing or related field and have 8+ years’ relevant brand marketing experience. Prior P&L ownership of a branded product or service and a solid understanding of the product life cycle and promotional process is a must. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as compelling presentation skills also key.
