Position Overview:

The Supply Chain Manager will manage global product supply for the company including managing contract manufacturers and vendors, planning all purchases for open stock and kits based on inventory and safety stock levels, and ensuring fulfillment of on-time shipments.

On a day to day basis, the Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for owning the entire production planning and execution process of all open stock and kit assemblies, ensuring systems accuracy across 3rd party distribution and manufacturing partners, and set-up & fulfillment for new product launches.

The Supply Chain Manager will play a key participating role in the S&OP process, providing analysis and recommendations and will also lead procurement strategy and analysis.

Lastly, developing and mentoring a team and contributing to create a workplace that leads to excellent teamwork and quality processes and output.

Qualifications Required:

A four-year degree (in Supply Chain Operations/Mgmt. preferred) and 5-7 years’ relevant experience in supply chain or purchasing. Must have experience managing 3rd party manufacturers and distributors as well as experience managing teams. Must demonstrate strong knowledge of ERP Systems (Great Plains/Microsoft Dynamics experience a plus!)
